What type of fabric do you use?
100% cotton jersey. 10 oz. Our cotton is not pre-shrunk so you will see some minimal shrinking.
What sizes do you offer?
At the moment we only offer 2 sizes; 3/4 & 5/6. As our company expands we look forward to increasing our size options.
Can I buy replacement toys?
Yes. We have all of our replacement toys online for purchase. Each toy is not sold separately, but sold together in their Pocketeers theme. For example if you would like to buy another play cell phone from the Let's Go Shopping theme, you would be buying the entire set of toys; play cell phone, play money, sunglasses, and lip gloss.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
We use a real time inventory system, (which means that our inventory is automatically checked for availability when you add an item to your shopping cart), so with the exception of items noted as being on backorder and items that may have sold out, the items you see on our web site are in stock and available for shipment.
NOTE: The availability information presented on our site is the most current, accurate inventory information we have but inventory errors do occur from time to time and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. In the rare event that a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will notify you as quickly as possible via the email address in your order.
How do I know if an item is on back order or is no longer available?
As you shop, we will let you know if an item is on back order or is no longer available. If the item is on back order, we will tell you the date when we expect it to be available for shipment.
When an item you have registered for is backordered and is not due in stock by the week prior to your event, we will send you an email to let you know at least two weeks in advance of your date. We will also send you an email if a product is no longer available so you can add something else to your registry instead.
How much can I purchase of a certain style?
The best way to pay for parts is with your credit card. We also accept C.O.D. but there is a $6 charge for the service and requires a Certified Check or Money Order.
Can I sell Pocketeers in my store?

Will you gift wrap and include a gift message?
Unfortunately we do not gift wrap. Pocketeers hand packages every garment and toys into it's very own individual box and labeld it with it's theme sticker. You can tie a ribbon around the already packaged gift and we think this is a great and eco-friendly way for you to wrap your Pocketeers gift.

What forms of payment are accepted online?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Network.
How can I find out the status of an order placed online?
Your order becomes available for status-tracking 24 hours after it is placed. You can track your order status online by visiting the Track Your Order page in the Customer Service area of our site. You'll need to supply your order number and billing ZIP code to do this. Alternatively, you can call 310-316-7646, M-F 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (PST) and ask us to check your order status.
Can I order by telephone?
You can always place an order by telephone 24 hours a day by calling 310-316-7646. You can also download our Order Form, and either fax or mail in your order. Fax orders to 310-316-7925, or mail orders to:

Can I save items in my cart to purchase at a later date?
Yes. Items placed in your shopping basket and not purchased immediately will remain there for 90 days. Your saved shopping basket is accessible only via the computer that created it, unless you log into your Pocketeers Clothing account before adding items to your basket. If you add items to your basket while you are logged into your account, you can access your saved shopping cart by logging back into your account on any computer for 90 days.
In order to add items to my saved shopping cart, do I need to sign in?
If you are using the same computer, you will not have to sign in. However, in order to access a saved basket from a different computer, you will need to log into your Pocketeers Clothing account before you add items to the basket, and then log back into your account when you return to see your saved items.
Why is my shopping cart empty?
After 90 days, items saved in your shopping basket are removed.
Is it possible to cancel my order if I change my mind?

What is the Pocketeers Clothing return policy?
We allow returns that are postmarked withing (5) five business days from the date that they were delivered, and your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please read our Returns & Exchanges policy page for more information.

| Shipping & Processing
How are Shipping & Processing charges calculated?
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
Shipping and processing charges are based on the merchandise total for each delivery address. Please read our Shipping Information page for more information.
Rush Delivery and Processing
Fees per address for Rush Delivery and Processing service are calculated in addition to regular Shipping and Processing Charges.
Outside the Contiguous 48 States
Items ordered over the Internet to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states are delivered by our common carrier or Air Parcel Post and are subject to the same delivery and processing charges described above, plus an additional $10 for Standard Delivery and Processing.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on any purchases made within California (CA) at an 8.25% rate. Out-of-state sales are not subject to sales tax.
What shipping options are available?
We ship orders using UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select. Is there a handling charge for my order?
Domestic customers (50 states only) will pay an additional $2 per item. International customers (and U.S. territories) will pay an additional $5 per item (prices listed in U.S. dollars).
How quickly will my order be processed?
Your order will be processed withing (3) business days of receiving your cleared payment. Payments received after 12:00 noon PST are considered to be the next business day. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has shipped.
Can orders be shipped to foreign countires?
Sorry, we are unable to ship outside of the United States at this time.

Is is safe for me to use my credit card information online?
Absolutely. Orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology*, so you can rest assured that your transactions are protected. With SSL implemented on both the client and server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered to our server. In order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL enabled browser. Most browsers, version 3.x and later, support SSL. If you still have any concerns about ordering electronically, feel free to call 310-316-7646 and place your order over the phone. Have the style, size, and color ready for each item you wish to order.
Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers. We will never ask for sensitive information via email.
*Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is a technology used by vendors to ensure the security of online business. It negotiates and employs the essential functions of mutual authentication, data encryption and data integrity for secure transactions.
What about the rest of my account information, is that safe too?
Personal information you provide to us while creating or updating an account and at checkout (ie: name, address, telephone number, email address, billing address, ship-to address and credit card information) is maintained in private files on our secure web server and on our internal systems.
Will you sell my email address when I sign up for the newsletter?
No. We offer those who sign-up for our email list advanced notice of sales, new merchandise, and other Pocketeers news. We respect your privacy rights and will never give out, sell, or rent your email address to other companies when you sign up to recieve our newsletter. If you would like to unsubscribe from our email list, click here or contact us. We will remove your name from our email list as soon as possible. Please recognize that you may receive another email before we are able to remove you.
